Whether you’re looking for a custom deck that will last for ages, or a four-seasons room you can enjoy year-round, Deaton Builder's can turn your outdoor living space into a showpiece. New construction, upgrades, repairs—we do it all.
Not sure what you want? That’s OK, too. We’ll put our heads together and come up with a vision that exceeds your expectations without exceeding your budget.
A deck is more than just an addition to your home — it’s a place where you’ll create lifelong memories with your family and friends. Deaton Builder's can design and build custom decks that last as long as the memories they inspire. We source only the finest wood, vinyl, and composite materials and pay strict attention to safety codes, leaving you with a finished product that enhances both your home’s overall appeal and its market value. Best of all, we take care of every aspect of the job, from start to Finish, so you’re not stuck worrying about multiple subcontractors and confusing county permits.
Our state-of-the-art design software brings your vision to vivid, three-dimensional life and allows us to work your ideas into a custom design that fits seamlessly with your style. Whether you’re considering a square, round, or multilevel space, we’ll help you choose every element, from railings, floor designs, lighting options, finishes, and colors available to customize your project.
Screened-in porches let you enjoy the breeze without being bothered by pesky insects. We can design an attractive structure from classic wood to state-of-the-art vinyl-wrapped composite materials. SCREENEZE®, our screening product of choice, uses an innovative locking system that lets us stretch screen more tightly over larger areas, creating a sharp look that won’t sag or buckle. Once we understand how you and your family will use your porch, we can fit a screen underneath ventilated flooring or use an interlocking tongue-and-groove system to create a seamless hardwood feel. A weatherproof vinyl ceiling can be installed in a variety of colors under the roof style of your choice. We’ll even take care of the gutters, wiring, and permits for a hassle-free construction experience from top to bottom.

Three Season Rooms
We’re lucky to live in an area with a temperate climate that lets us enjoy the outdoors for most of the year. Our convenient three-season rooms feature interchangeable glass and screen panels that allow you to watch the flowers bloom and the leaves change color. When the weather becomes more extreme, insulated flooring and optional air conditioning and heating controls keep you comfortable at all times.
With the addition of ceiling fans, crown molding, rope lighting, or anything your imagination can dream up, three-season rooms can be havens for quiet relaxation or busy household hubs.
A Custom Designed Sunroom
by Deaton Builder's is a great way to add indoor space to your home while adding an outdoor feel. Our sunrooms are constructed using high quality, energy-efficient windows, sky lights, and doors, which flood your home with natural light. A Sunroom lets you enjoy those beautiful early spring or late fall days when its too cold to be outside. Because our sunrooms are custom designed and built to maintain architectural consistency with your home and not built from a “sunroom kit,” your sunroom will look more like a natural addition to your home instead of a glorified greenhouse.
We use the Eze-Breeze Window system for existing screen porches or for new designs
Other Outdoor Spaces
Deaton Builder's specialize in virtually any kind of outdoor structures and spaces. Whether you’d like to frame a prizewinning garden to perfection with a custom-built arbor or enjoy outdoor vistas from a screened-in gazebo, we’ll work closely with you to design, plan, and build your vision. Pergola are popular features for yards.
A pergola or arbor is a garden feature forming a shaded walkway, passageway, or sitting area of vertical posts or pillars that usually support cross-beams and a sturdy open lattice, often upon which woody vines are trained. The origin of the word is the Late Latin pergula, referring to a projecting eave. As a type of gazebo, it may also be an extension of a building or serve as protection for an open terrace or a link between pavilions. They are different from Green tunnels.
Pergolas may link pavilions or extend from a building's door to an open garden feature such as an isolated terrace or pool. Freestanding pergolas, those not attached to a home or other structure, provide a sitting area that allows for breeze and light sun, but offer protection from the harsh glare of direct sunlight. Pergolas also give climbing plants a structure on which to grow.
