Our 13 year old back deck was falling apart and we needed some work done to the covered porch on the front of our home, so my husband called Deaton Builders on the recommendation from a friend. David came out to discuss what we would like to have done and offered up many suggestions to help us make our decision. Let me just say that Deaton Builders far exceeded our expectations in not only their craftsmanship, but their professionalism as well as their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our new back deck is phenomenal! I have never seen a deck built to the standards of this one and I can't wait to make many wonderful memories with my family out there. The work done to the front of our house completely transformed the way it looks. I am so happy with the way it turned out! Deaton Builders recently completed a master bathroom remodel for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. David was supportive of our desire to balance incorporating certain upgrades while staying within a budget. The end result included replacing a tub and fiberglass enclosure with a walk-in tile shower and sliding glass barn door, installing wood look tile plank floor, adding a new quartz countertop and sink, installing all new medicine cabinet and fixtures, scraping a popcorn ceiling, and painting. David’s team got to work quickly after we signed the contract, and were always respectful of our home while working in it. The overall project was completed in a reasonable time, with only a couple of minor delays waiting on special materials that we’d selected. David’s original quote on the project was competitive, and he kept us well informed of the impact of potential changes (e.g. tile upgrade) before proceeding.  We would definitely recommend Deaton for your home improvement needs.

I was so impressed with how easy it was to schedule my bathroom remodeling job! It was even BETTER that they were on time, had everything they needed to get the job done all in one visit, and the price was perfect!
